Open Settings, go to People and access, and choose Add person. Use the person’s Portico Account when they need hosted or remote access.
Assign only the libraries they should be able to use. Review playback, download, Live TV, and administrative permissions before sending the invitation.
Each person should sign in with their own account. Separate accounts keep progress, Saved items, history, ratings, devices, and security events attributable to the right person.
After the person accepts, test with a normal viewer account. Confirm that permitted libraries are visible and restricted libraries and administrative actions are not.
